Uttapam with idli batter

Put all the ingredients into the idli batter and mix well.

Now heat a non stick pan spread some oil on it and pour a spoonful batter on it and spread it in circular motion.and then put oil on the corners.

Let it heat for few minutes till u notice it is turning colour like parathas then remove from heat n serve hot with green chutney.
