Native rice with smoked fish
When you you dont want to fry fry
Steps

Wash the smoked fish with warm water and salt.

Parboil the rice and wash it.wash and blend the ata rodo,turmeric and garlic.

Place the rice back on heat onces is boiling put all the blended things(ata rodo,turmeric and garlic)

Pour in groundnut oil,salt,maggi cubes,onions.
- 5
Cook it for 8mins,then add the smoked fish.
- 6
Cover and boil for 8-12mins and turn off heat onces the rice is soft and the water has dried.
