Cut the vegetables as you prefer.

In a large enough pan, place the onion, garlic, and celery along with a bit of cabbage. Stir a little and cover, then continue adding the cabbage and carrots, seasoning as you go. Finally, add the zucchini (since it cooks very quickly), let it rest for a moment, and it's ready 👌.

I served it with white rice and a sauce made from finely chopped Caribe chili (güerito) with soy sauce and lime 👌😉
