Steps

Wash tomatoes, garlic, onion, tumeric and ginger

Crush tumeric ginger and garlic
- 3
Cut the onion into diced shape
- 4
Heat the pan, add oil and onions
- 5
Add garlic tumeric and ginger stir to brown in colour
- 6
Add minced meat and cook on a low heat
- 7
Add tomatoes and correct the seasoning
- 8
Serve while warm with chapati
