Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  1. 2 cuprice soaked for half hour
  2. 1big potato chopped
  3. 1 onion big chopped
  4. 1/2 cupmatar/peas
  5. Some cubes of paneer
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tea spoonhaldi
  9. 1/4 tea spoonGaram masala
  10. 1/4 tea spoonrai
  11. 1/2 tea spoonSabut jeera
  12. 1tomato puree
  13. 1 table spoonoil
  14. Fresh coriander for garnishing
  15. 1 pinchHing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Heat oil..add Hing rai.. Jeera... Then add oinion.. Mix and cook

    Then add potato matatr/peas, paneer.. Mix lightly

  3. 3

    Add all spices..water. Cook for 3 mins

  4. 4

    Then add tomato puree.. Mix cook for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Then add rice.. Mix lightly. Cover the lid

  6. 6

    Cook at medium heat for 10 mins. Check in between

    Take off from stove.. Plate it..garnish with fresh corriender
