Take a mixing bowl add semolina, All purpose flour, Salt -2tablespoons oil and mix well now add water and knead a tight dough and rest for 15 minutes.

After 15minuts make small size ball with dough and roll them with rolling pin and prick all taco with a fork.

Heat oil in a wok on medium flam. Place the taco in wok and press with skimmers now turn the taco and turn in half.do not press it.between the fold there should be a space fr potato filling.fry them till brown and crispy.

Heat oil in a wok add asafoetida and cumin seeds splutter them now add frozen peas and green chilli and saute for a minute.

Now add mashed potato and all dry masalas.mix well and saute for 5minuts. Switch off the flam and let it cool.

Now fill potato filling in tacos shells and serve with your favourite chutney or sauce.
