Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 200 gsieved flour
  2. 3eggs
  3. 50 gmargarine
  4. Coconut powder
  5. 125 mlmilk
  6. 1Orange for flavour
  7. 25 gsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the sieved flour in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the margarine, coconut powder and mix.

  3. 3

    Add the squeezed orange juice and continue to mix.

  4. 4

    Add the eggs and the milk. Continue to mix.

  5. 5

    Add sugar. Heat the pan.

  6. 6

    Measure propotionally en cook.

  7. 7

    Serve wth coffee or tea.
