Crunchy Macaroni

In a large pot, bring 3 glass water. Add 1 tbsp salt.

When water Start boiling add the pasta to it and cook for 5 minutes or till it gets soft and cooked up to 90%. Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water.

In a bowl add pasta and 8 tbsp maida, mix well.

Now heat the oil in a pan on medium flame for frying. Once oil is hot, slide in few pasta pieces. Fry them till they are golden brown. Then remove it using sotted spoon. Make sure to line the plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Fry all the pasta im same way.

Now take another bowl add pasta in it. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp amchoor powder and salt as per taste, mix well.

Enjoy this crunchy tasty snack with tea and sauce.
