Maggi Vermicelli

Heat a pan.Add 2 tsp oil. Add vermicelli and cook it for 2min or till it become light brown in colour.

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and ginger-garlic paste and cook till it's change it's colour. Add the chopped onion and saute till light pink.

Add the chopped beans and saute for 2min. Add the chopped carrot and saute for 2min. Add chopped cabbage and saute for 2min.

Then add salt as per taste. Keep sautein till the veggies are cooked.

.Add red chilli powder, garam masala and Maggi Masala, mix again in a low flame.

Add the rosted Vermicelli, mix well,then add 3 cups water. Cover the pan and cook in a low flame till the vermicelli gets cooked well.

Add lemon juice and tomato sauce. Keep stirring till the mixture become slightly dry. Switch off the flame and serve it hot.
