Onion Tomato Tadka Raita

Take 2 cups of plain curd / yoghurt in a container. Add around 3/4 cups of water to get the desired consistency. Whisk till the curd is smooth.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder,lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala and 3/4 teaspoon Salt, or according to taste.

Mix all the spices well in the curd. Then add 1 small finely chopped onion, green chilli and 1 finely chopped tomato.

Mix all the ingredients very well.

Heat ghee in a tadka pan and add cumin seeds, dry red chilli.

Let it cook,Once done switch off the stove and pour it on the curd and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve Tadka Raita with Aloo Paratha or any other stuffed paratha of your choice.
