For Besan batter
3/4 cup Besan,1/2 TSP LAL Mirch powder,pinch haldi, 1/4 TSP soda bicarbonate,salt,add water and makea smooth batter - 2
For vada in a bowl
4 aloo(boiled,peeled,mashed)1tbsp each of adarak Hari Mirch paste, lahsoon, dhania patta and garam masala...salt - 3
Now make round round balls and dip it into the batter and deep fry it

Take pav insert vada...fried green chilles....lahsoon chutney and serve
