Ingredients

  1. 4sweet and orange colour mangoes
  2. 750 mlmilk
  3. Halfcup milkmaid
  4. Halfcup sugar
  5. Ice cream moulds

Steps

    Take out pulp of all 4 mangoes...pulp ko chalni se chaan lena hai

    Fir usmein sugar add karke side mein rakh dijiye

    Take a big woke..add milk..boil it..and cook for 15 mins..jab wo thoda thick hone lage..usmein add karein milkmaid.. Mix karke aur 10 min cook karein..

    Fir milk jab ache se thick ho jaye.. Half reh jaye..usse room temperature pe thanda hone de

    Yaad rahe fan on nahi karna hai.. Usse room temperature pe hi thanda karna hai

    Jab wo thanda ho jaye..then add mango pulp into it..and beat it with blender for 10 15 mins..so that wo fluffy ho jaye.. Usmein bubble na rahe aur air bhi naa rahe..

    Fir kya bas usse ice cream moulds mein dalkar set hone rakh de freezer mein..

    Jab set ho jaye tou mould ko dono hatho ke Beech mein rubb karein..usse ice cream easily bahar nikal aayegi..
