    Sabse phele suji ko pani dalkar soak kar lein

  2. 2

    Phir dahi I'I'm toda sa soda dalkar 2minute ke liye chod dein

  3. 3

    Jab dahi I'I'm bubbles a gaye hain toh us dahi ko suji I'I'm dal dein aur better bana lein

  4. 4

    Better na jyada patala ho najyada gada

  5. 5

    Ek kadai I'I'm garam pani karein steam ke liye

  6. 6

    Pani garam ho jane per kadai ke uper steel ki channi rakh dein

  7. 7

    Aur thoda sa better lekar usme thoda sa eno salt dalkar better ko choti choti bowls I'I'm dalker steam dein

  8. 8

    Steam 3minute hi dein

  9. 9

    Phir bowls ko thanda karke usme se idli nikalein nahin toh idli toot jayegi

  10. 10

    Is method se idli bahut hi soft banti hain

    Sambhar banane ke liye sabse phele dal ko wash kar lein

  12. 12

    Phir cooker I'I'm dalker usme veagetables katker dalen namak mirch haldi dalkar onion bhi slices I'I'm kat ke daldein

    Phir cooker ko band karke city aane tak full gas karen

  14. 14

    Phir sim gas per 15minute tak rakein

    Tadke ke liyethoda sa oil garam kar lein phir usme hing curry leves jeera aur tomatoes ko miixi I'I'm grind karke dal dein

    Usme imli ka pulp daldein

  17. 17

    Aur ek spoon sambhar masala dalker thodi der gas per pada rehne dein

  18. 18

    Aapka idli aur sambhar tayar hai
