Boil meggi as given on packet

Make a dry meggi also add taste maker

Let meggi to be cool

Once meggi cool add all chopped veggies including green chili

Add salt and red chili powder also add gram flour and make a batter

Make a thick batter like vada if you need add 2 3 tbsp water only
