Ingredients

  1. 3/4cabbage
  2. 2 tspcorn flour
  3. 1/2 cupmashed paneer
  4. 2 pinchKali mirch
  5. pinchSalt
  6. 2 pinchRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspnCorriender chopped
  8. as neededOil for deep fry
  9. For Gravy
  10. 1 tspnGinger
  11. 1/2 cupOnion
  12. 2 tspn soya sause
  13. 2 tspn tomato sauce
  14. 1 tspn corn flour
  15. 1/2 tsp sugar
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1/4 tspnKali mirch
  18. 1/4 tspnRed chilli powder
  19. 2 tspnOil
  20. 1Onion chopped / green onion

Steps

  1. 1

      manchurian ball :- grated cabbage (squeeze the water), corn flour, cup paneer mashed,salt, kali mirch, lal mirch powder, hara dhaniya  sab mix Kar ke dough banayein then choti loi lekar ball then deep fry )

  2. 2

    Gravy :-   kadai me oil gram then add ginger paste chopped onion 1/2 cup green chilli 1 spn fry then  add 2spn tomato sause, 2 spn soya sause, 1 tsp corn flour dissolved in 1 cup water, 1tsp vinegar, 1tsp sugar, salt, kali mirch, lal mirch mix then pani me ubal aane ke bhad ball ko add karein aur 2  se 3 min pakaye then dhaniya patti daal ke serve
