Ingredients

  1. 7-8small baby potatoes
  2. 1 bowlpeas
  3. 2small onion paste
  4. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1 bowl tomato puree
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala powder
  10. 4 tablespoonSoak all the above masala in of water
  11. 1/2jeera
  12. 4 tablespoonOil
  13. to tasteSalt according
  14. Coriander and cream for garnishing
  15. Dry masala
  16. 2-3cloves
  17. 2-3small cardamom
  18. 5-6black pepper
  19. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  20. 1bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal the potatoes and prick it with fork then fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil till it becomes soft and red in colour

  2. 2

    Add 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan add jeera and add all the dry masala then add onnion paste fry it for 1 min in low flame, add ginger garlic paste, fry it till it becomes brown in colour then add tomatoes puree and a salt according to taste.

  3. 3

    When it is cooked then add all the masala soked in water, when oil comes up then add pea, cook it for some time and then add peal potatoes

  4. 4

    Keep on cooking when both pea and potatoes are cooked, garnish it with cream and coriander leaves.
