Peal the potatoes and prick it with fork then fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil till it becomes soft and red in colour

Add 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan add jeera and add all the dry masala then add onnion paste fry it for 1 min in low flame, add ginger garlic paste, fry it till it becomes brown in colour then add tomatoes puree and a salt according to taste.

When it is cooked then add all the masala soked in water, when oil comes up then add pea, cook it for some time and then add peal potatoes

Keep on cooking when both pea and potatoes are cooked, garnish it with cream and coriander leaves.
