Blanch the Prawn in salted water and refresh it.

Keep one whole prawn with the head and tail on for garnish. Cut rest of the prawn in medium size dices.

Prepare the cocktail sauce by using mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, wc sauce, tabasco sauce, lemon juice and seasoning.

Chiffonade the lettuce. In a small glass arrange the lettuce as a base. Then arrange the prawn on top of the lettuce leaf. Pour the cocktaik sauce on top of the diced prawn. Finally put the whole prawn on the top..
