Wash the corn kernels and let dry a little. Not completely dry.

Else the cornflour won't stick. Dust the corn kernels with cornflour, salt & pepper.

Make sure it's coated well. Leave aside for ten minutes, then toss it again with one or two teaspoons of cornflour.

Please remember no water is to be added. Heat oil and deep fry these kernels on medium high flame for about four minutes till golden brown & crispy.

Drain on absorbent paper. Make sure that all your vegetables are chopped & kept ready.

Else the corn wil turn soggy. In a non stick pan add one teaspoon oil.

Toss in the garlic, onions, green chillies, salt & bell peppers. Saute on high heat for a minute or so.

Switch off the gas. Add the corn & chopped coriander. Mix well & serve immediately.
