2 servings

1 cupwheat flour
1 cupbeetroot puree
1 tbspkasuri methi
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tspajwain
2 tbsprava
to tasteSalt
Water as required
Oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients except the oil and knead a tough dough

Rest it for 15 minutes
3

Take small portion of the dough and roll them into puris
4

Deep fry them on medium flame
5

Enjoy spicy beetroot puris
