In a bowl mix besan and all the dry spices

In a pan heat oil add jeera and mustard

Now add the curry leaves,garlic,ginger,green chillies and saute for a minute

Mow add the onions

Cook till it turns translucent

And add water in the besan mixture

Make sure there are no lumps

Transfer this mixture to the pan

Stir continuously to avoid sticking at the bottom

Cook till leaves the sides of the pan

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
