  • 2- cup ulad dal
  • 1- cup mong dal
  • Salt
  • 2 spoonJeera
  • 2 spoonFennel seeds
  • 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonCoriander powder
  • 1 spoonChat masala
  • 1- kg curd
  • 1/2 -cup sugar
  • 1 spoonBlack paper
  • 1 spoonGreen chilli,,ginger paste-

Steps

  1. 1

    Sub se oahele one bowl me mong dal and ulad dal ko pani me bhigo ke rakho 5 hours tak 5 hours ke baad mixture me crush karein better ko thick rakh na he pani hada add nahe kerna he

  2. 2

    Better ready better me salt, jeera, fennel seeds, green chilli, ginger paste add karein add karein ir mix karein

  3. 3

    One pan me oil le better se vade ke shape de jer oil me dale ir fry karein little crispy hone ke baad bahar nikale

  4. 4

    Two bowl me pani le usme oil se nikale huea vada bahar nikal kar pani me dale 5 mints ke baad use daba kar dusre oani me add karein 2 mints ke baad sweet curd banae

  5. 5

    Curd me sugar add karein cush karein vada pani se nikal kar use hulke hath se daba kar pani sub nikal de dry karein or sweet crud me add karein

  6. 6

    Ready to serve serve kar ne ke leye bowl me vade dale curd dale salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala, black paper one pich sub ingredients one one pinch add karein or serve karein

  7. 7

    Aap kisme green chutney and sweet chutney bhi add kar sakte ho
