Steps

Take wheat flour in a vessel add crushed jeggary in it

Add ghee and til,mix well

Add water and knead a hard dough

Make small balls from dough and flatten them by pressing in between palms

Heat oil in a deep pan add flatten balls to it,

Fry it till golden brown colour on low flame
- 7
Remove from oil,khurme is ready to serve
