Ek kadai me ghee dale.

Ghee garam hone par suji dale.

Suji ko brown hone tak bhune.

Ek pan me alag se pani garam karein us me sugar dale,sugar melt ho jaye to side me rakh le.

Ab suji brown ho jane par sugar vala pani or mango pulp dale or achche se chala le.

Ghee side se dikhne lage tab tak bhune.

Ab is me kaju,badam,kishmish,pista or Elaichi powder dale.

Ek bowl me nikal le or chopped kaju badam se garnish karein.

Lijiye aap ka Aam vala suji ka halwa taiyar he😊
