coursely chop, mince garlic, slice celery.

soak beans in cold water for 12 hrs then drain.

Add tomatoes, beans, chicken stock and water.

in large pan @ medium heat saute oil, onion, celery, and garlic for 5 min until translucent.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
