Ingredients

  1. 1 packages19.76 oz Johnsonville Italian Mild Sausage, grilled and cooked
  2. 1 packagesrigatoni pasta
  3. 3 tbspolive oil
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1 eachred pepper, chunked and sauted
  6. 1 each26 oz jar of pasta sauce
  7. 2 tbspparsley, chopped
  8. 1/4 cupgrated parmeson cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook sausage according to package directions, keep warm.

  2. 2

    Cook the rigatoni according to directions, keep warm.

  3. 3

    In a large pan, place olive oil and garlic, saute lightly for 30 sec. add peppers and cook until crisp.

    Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat until warm.

  5. 5

    Mix with pasta or serve seperatly.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese.
