Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1small chopped capsicum
  5. 1medium size onion chopped
  6. 2chopped Green chillies
  7. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. leavesFew curry
  10. 1 tsprai
  11. 1 tspchat masala
  12. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tspeno salt

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix Suji And curd and set aside... If needed mix little water to make it little flowing consistency.

  2. 2

    Now mix all veggies.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan put rai let it spullter now add curry leaves and all spices.

  4. 4

    Put the tadka in Suji mixture. Mix well

  5. 5

    Preheat oven at 180degree and line the muffin tray with paper cups liner.

  6. 6

    Now put eno salt And mix and immediately put the mixture in muffin liner And bake it at 180deg for 20 mints.or toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Njoy your tasty And healthy muffins.
