  • 4x 50 g ginger powder
  • 2.5 kgbrown sugar
  • 1 cupraisins
  • 2x sachets of tartaric acid
  • 20 Lboiling water

    Mix sugar and ginger in a bowl. And put the mixture in 20 L container that can withstand heat. Add 20 L boiling water. Add the raisins and tartaric acid. Close it tight for 3 days and it will be ready and serve it cold.
