1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cuphoney
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1 clovegarlic
1 bunchgreen onion
1/2jalepano
2one inch thick salmon steaks

combine honey, olive oil, soy sauce in bowl

finely chop jalepano, green onion and garlic add to bowl and mix well

marinate salmon for an hour or two

preheat oven at 400

pull out salmon from marinate and put on baking sheet drizzle some of the marinate on the salmon

place in oven on center rack and bake for 12-15 keep an eye on salmon so it doesnt over cook
