Run the dough cycle on the egg water, flours, salt, yeast, and onion powder.

Form six bagels, let rise.

Boil in the beer (or sugar water) for three minutes, flip halfway through.

Beat the egg white with water and paint it onto the boiled bagels, sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- 5
Bake at 450°F, 15 minutes, flip after 5 minutes.
