Ingredients

  1. 225 gplain flour
  2. 3heaped tea-spoons of baking powder
  3. 100 gbrown sugar/ castor sugar
  4. 3tea-spoons of cinnamon
  5. 3large banana's (best used old banana's)
  6. 75 gvegetable oil
  7. 50 gramsdried fruit

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the bananas together to make a mushy texture

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the dried ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix together, add the oil in while mixing together

  4. 4

    Put into a cake loaf tin for 45-55 minutes on 180oc
