Ingredients

45 minutes
12 servings
  • 250 gall-purpose flour
  • 60 gbrown sugar
  • 20 gcocoa powder
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tsp.ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp.ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp.ground nutmeg
  • 1,5oranges (juice and zest)
  • 250 g(unsweetened) yoghurt
  • 50 gbutter, softened
  • 1egg (M)
  • Decoration:
  • 50 gmelted chocolate
  • 0,5orange fillet

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven 350 F, prepare the ingredients.

    Combine the dry ingredients.

    Mix the egg with softened butter, orange juice, grated zest and yoghurt in an other bowl.

    Combine the two mixtures.

    Line the muffin tin with the muffin cups and fill them. Bake the muffins at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

    Decorate them with melted chocolate and orange fillets. And serve them, if you feel like, with honey or orange marmalade and orange chocolate milk.
