chill salmon briefly in freezer to make it easier to slice. cut salmon into thin slices

in a bowl mix together the light soy sauce sake Mirin sugar ginger and only 1 clove of crushed garlic.

put salmon into bowl cover and leave for 30 mins

preheat the grill. drain the salmon completely and scrape off the marinade. place salmon in single layer on a baking sheet and grill for 2 to 3 mins without turning.

heat a wok until hot add the oil and add 2 cloves of thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden brown

add the cooked noodles and marinade and stir fry for 3 to 4 mind

once marinade reduced to glaze that coats noodles it's done

toss in the sprouts then remove from heat. put noodles in bowl top with salmon and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
