Saute the onion, for 2 min,add garlic, ginger,,let fry for 1 min,add your minced meat.

Let it cook until it's well done without any sauce,add the cube and the fresh ndania.leave it for 1 min,remove from the heat, and set it aside on a platter to cool.

Make your dough and roll into small balls,combine one after another,applying oil in-between, to make it easier to separate them, transfer to your pan,turning, as you remove, one by one, repeat until you finish all your dough.

Cut them triangular, and start filling in it with your well prepared meat,fill until all are done.

Heat your oil,untill is hot enough,deep fry the samosa

Serve with a slice of lemon,surely they are served three per serving.
