Ingredients
1/4 cupwhole almonds (with or without skin)
1 cupcoriander leaves, remove the stems
1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
2garlic cloves
1 tablespoonolive oil
2 tsplemon juice
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
2green chillies (optional)

Steps

In a food processor or mixer, grind the almonds into fine crumbs.

Add the remaining ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.

Pesto Sauce can be used in pastas,pizzas and breads.

Pesto soup too.

For marinating chicken and grilled shrimps or prawns.
