Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cuptamarind pulp
  2. 1/2 cuppeanut paste
  3. 1 tspoon whole mustard seeds
  4. 4 tbspoon sugar
  5. 1 tbspoon salt
  6. As required oil for frying
  7. As required water for boiling

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil and tamper the whole mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Now add the peanut paste fry a while

  3. 3

    Add the tamarind pulp and mix

  4. 4

    Add salt and sugar and mix

  5. 5

    Add water as per your requirement and allow it to boil

  6. 6

    The chutney is ready
