  1. 1 bowlfresh coconut
  2. 2 tbspChana dal rosted
  3. 1 tbspGround nuts
  4. 2chilli green chilli
  5. 1 tbspfresh green coriander
  6. 3Garlic Cloves
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. 1/2 TeaspoonRai
  10. 5curry patta
  11. 1/2 Tea spoonwhite udad daal
  12. 1dry red chilli

  1. 1

    In Grinder jar take coconut, chana dal, ground nut, green chill, green, garlic, coriander, salt.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat refined oil and add rai and curry leaves, white udad dal for a minute and then add the coconut paste. Cook for 5 mintues.
