I like cooking pilau for my family since it sweet, and yammy during festival time.
Steps

Cut onions into diced shape, and heat ur souce pan, put your onions and add enough cooking oil.

Add garlic and Ginger and stir until they are golden brown.

Add meat and let them fry

Cook your meat until its tender, add cinnamon powder, pilau masala and royco cubes
- 5
Once the meat is soft, wash your rice and add it
- 6
Continue stirring until the meat it mixed up.

Add water upto the level of your rice and season

Cook until water is dried up and put some charcoal on top of the lid and leave for sometime.

Serve when hot with some refreshment........ And enjoy your Christmas
