  • 2 clovesGarlic, crushed
  • 1/2ginger knob, crushed
  • 1 tspgaram massala
  • 2onions, chopped
  • 5 tbsoil
  • 1 cubebeef stock

    Fry chopped onion until tender

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add liver, beef stock and spice then stir

  4. 4

    Leave to cook while stirring in a low heat
