Ingredients

50- 60 minutes
10-12 servings
  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 6 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 6ripe bananas
  4. 6eggs(mashed)
  5. 2 teaspoonbicarbonate of soda
  6. 250 gmargarine
  7. 1\2cup oil
  8. 1 spoonvanilla essence
  9. 3 cupsmilk
  10. 2 cupssugar

Steps

50- 60 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix margarine,oil and sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mashed bananas then add vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients and add onto the wet ingredients and mix well then grease a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees
