preheat oven to 450°F

thinly slice the potatoes, I like to us the slice side of the cheese grater. put into casserole dish and salt and pepper

dice the onion and ham mix in with potatoes

in a large bowl mix soups, chicken broth, 1 cup of shredded and cream cheese. I like to replace one of the cans of cream of mushroom soup with garlic cream of mushroom soup

pour mixture over potatoes and mix, if it looks a lil thick you can add more broth or a lil milk. top with the rest of cheese. if you want some crunch I like to top with French onion toppers

cook uncovered for 40mins and enjoy!!!!
