Cook the chicken or turkey until done and drain off any excess fat

Mix the cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups of the fat free mozzarella, 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce, and the garlic, and add to the cooked meat

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray

Spread a moderate amount of the tomato sauce to cover the bottom of the casserole dish

Add a layer of noodles, more sauce to cover, then add half of the meat mixture

Add another layer of noodles, more sauce, then the rest of the meat mixture

Add a last layer of noodles, the rest of the sauce, and cover with the rest of the mozzarella

Bake at 350 approximately 30 minutes
