Ingredients

  • 1 packagesChocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cupPeanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cupIcing Sugar
  • 1 tbspmargarine
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2 tspInstant Coffee
  • 1/3 cupBoiling Water
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1Egg
  • 3 cupCrumbled Soda Crackers

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt choc. chips over double boiler-blend in peanut butter, icing sugar,marg & salt.

  2. 2

    Separately combine water & coffee & add to mixture.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat-add remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Put in well greased 9x13 pan & chill.

  6. 6

    *you can always melt choc. chips in microwave. Just remember to keep checking them.
