  • 1 kgcarrots
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspCrushed yellow mustard seeds

Steps

    Wash & cut carrots in long pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Ready to eat carrots salad/instant achar.

    Note: you can use it for 4-5 days. You can add 2 tsp mustard oil in it.
