1/2 cupTamarind water -
1 teaspoonSugar -
1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder -
For salad :
1Raddish -
1Carrot -
2Cucumber -
1Tomato -
1Capsicum -
1Green chilli -
leavesCoriander
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Cut all the vegies into thin strips.
2

Add sugar and red chilli powder in tamarind water.
3

Mix chopped vegies into it and add salt.
4

Mix well and serve in a bowl.
