Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupflour
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 1 packagesquick rise yeast
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 3/4 cupwarm water
  6. 2 tbspplus 4 tsp butter, melted
  7. 3/4 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  8. 2 tsphoney
  9. 1/8 tspgarlic salt

Cooking Instructions

    In bowl combine1-1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add water and 2 Tblsp butter. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes or until smooth. Stir in cheese and enough flour to form soft dough..

    Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, 4-6 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

    Divide into 13 pieces. Shape each into a ball. Place in a greased 9 inch pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.

    Bake 375 for 11-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine the honey, garlic salt and remaining butter. Brush over rolls. Remove from pan to cool. 13 rolls
