Steps

Soak the chickpea and green gram separately 7-8 hrs.

Drain the water and let it be sprout a day.

Take all-purpose flour and add sufficient water and do dough like holige kanaka.

Take glasses and apply oil to outside and cover with dough.

Heat the oil and check the hotness then deep fry in medium flame.

After golden brown remove and let it be cool then remove the glass.

Now prepare the salad mixing all ingredients.

Fill the glasses with salad and serve.
