STEP 1: heat oil in large saucepan,cook onion,stirring until changed I'm colour.stir in undrained tomatoes,paste,sauce & stock. bring to boil. reduce heat,simmer,uncovered. for 20mins or until sauce is thickens,stir in peas. then cool.

STEP 2: CUT pastry to desired size. spoon mince filling into pastry, to Desired shape. push edges to seal. brush top with a little egg. PREHEAT oven to 200c/180c.

STEP 3: place in oven for 15-20 or until Browned lightly, serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
