No healthier way grilling than using a shawama press. It make your job easy and fun.

Wash and peel Plantains. Rub oil and sprinkle salt. Heat shawama press and grill Plantain 7 minutes on each sides on medium Heat.

Rub oil on the plate side of the press and leave on medium Heat. Chop scallion, pepper and tomato. Break eggs and add your chopped veggies. Add salt and check taste as you beat. Pour egg mixture and allow to cook for 2-3minutes. Stir in, and turn off. Heat from plate will continue to cook it. Serve with your Plantain.
