  3. 8Bell Peppers deseeded
  4. Salt
  5. 3 tbspsvegetable oil

    Fill Bell Peppers with cooked flavoured rice. Sprinkle salt and drizzle some oil and sauce and cook in the grill of an over for 12mins.

  2. 2

    When cooked. Allow to rest. Garnish before serving with pickled cucumber and sauce.
